theend
so, I have been putting off entering this post for a while. I suppose I don’t want to deal with the sentiment, so I wont. I will wrap my entire experience up in one word, life-changing. Ok two words. Honestly, I have seen the most amazing things, met some amazing people, and certainly changed for the better.
thanks swissmiss, we shall meet again.
visitors!
I have been lucky enough to have some lovely people come visit Lisa and I here in our beautiful bubble that is Luzern.
Laura, our friend from UIC GD came a few weeks back when we went to visit Lausanne in the French part of Switzerland. It was a dream and we just drank lots of coffee and Laura and Andreas may or may not have gotten married and celebrated their Honeymoon at the Lovely Lion Monument.
&& Just a few days ago ALEX +2 CAME TO VISIT. It was an excellent 3 day vacation from our normal everyday vacation ;-). The weather was absolutely stunning and we spent the dayz laying out in the sun. We even went paddle boating, I know you are jealous. I don’t have a picture to post of the view of the mountains from the boat, but I seriously doubt a picture could capture how spectacular it was. We did get EXTREMELY sun burnt, in April, since when does that happen. But it was just great.
Now we have a busy week of projects. Two more weeks of school. Then SPRING BREAK, then AMSTERDAM, then HOME. holy moly bologna.
&&& I turn 21 in t minus 4 dayz and we are throwing the Swiss a Prom to celebrate!
I am just an overall happy camper/
this isn’t my photo, but a very talented friend took it. and it took my breath away. this is switzerland.
