week 3, holy cow.

Time goes by fast and slow, but I certainly do like it here. We are just about to finish up our first project in class and next week we will travel to the second year’s studio to begin a poster project, which is very exciting.

Yesterday Lisa and I booked our flight for London! We will be there from feb 26 to march 12. Eek! We travel with the third years, plus Alex from STCE and Andrea and Emma from UIC are both studying abroad in London so we can all hang out. It is going to be so much fun and, its considered a holiday, so it will be our spring break.

The kids are so fun and funny. Last weekend we went out to drinks at the Jazz Kantine with Severine, Gianni, Helen, and Apsara aka Apsi. We played exquisite corpse and Lisa showed them what a cootie catcher was. There was a lonely boy with his computer sitting next to us playing W.O.W… in a BAR. Yes, there are still awkward nerds in Switzerland.

This friday is a big day for us, we are going sledding down the mountain for ski day with the school then we are going to see Black Swan for Swiss girls / Chicago girls night + 1.5 boys lol. AND then on Sunday we are going to see the Symphony play, which I look forward to.

Today is our ‘day off’ because the other students have their acedemic classes all day and it snowing like crazy, so Lisa and I have declared a snow day and are staying in to work on our project while I drink hipster triangle tea.

until later/
